Re: Kitty tinkle errors

As I said, the cat has been doing this sort of thing on and off for years, it's not sudden. The male members of my family now have to attend to litterboxes because I can't bend or squat to do them, long story, and my daughters have both moved out.

Something that I know, but neither of them pay attention to, even when harped on, is the old cat is extremely fussy. She apparently expects her box to be cleaned every time she goes. She will wet in the box and then do the rest on the floor in front of the box. I'd go to two litterboxes for just her, but we tried that and she still dropped on the floor. She was looked at by the vet several times and when we asked about the problem, she was checked and it's behavioral.

Each of the cats has her own litterbox, the younger one has pretty much run of the house and is probably trying to figure out why she's allowed in the bedroom again. Turns out it was indeed the old one wetting under the covers and pillows.

Thanks for the invitation, I appreciate it. :) I'm about 250 miles south of you.
