That site has a link to The Tolkien Language List and in turn to Elvish Pronunciation Guide where you can choose which sound files best fit your machine and connection.
While Sindarin rings of familiarity, it's supposedly based in Welsh, I seem to be more interested in learning Quenya which is reportedly based in Finnish. I guess that may be because it's different. I have been exposed to the Celtic languages for many years, Finnish is different.
