I'm feeling better, thank you to those that held my hand. :)
If you like Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy, they have a new fragrance called "Warm Milk and Honey." Also I have coupon (it needs to be printed) that was sent to me in e-mail for a free aromatherapy item (up to $13) with any purchase of $15 or more. 13 is the normal price of an aromatherapy shower gel. If you would like it forwarded please drop me a comment or e-mail at [email protected] and I'll pass it along. It expires 21 September.
I'd like to get some of that new Black Amethyst while they still have the sale buy one, get one 50% off and are still offering the lip gloss with it. Come to think of it.. that's more than enough cover the 15 dollar purchase to get the free aromatherapy.
If you're interested in signing up for mypoints.com please let me know as I get double referral points this month!
Some of you aren't religious, so if you are offended by any references to God ala chain letter stuff, feel free to bypass.

I have posted the funny and often strange e-mails from my cousin in PA, so here are a few more to add.

I'm listening to The Funny Thing Is... by Ellen DeGeneres and The Book of Old Houses (Home Repair Is Homicide Mysteries) by Sarah Graves. (Edit: Finished it) I really like Lindsay Ellison's narration. Some audio book narrators are excellent and others, well ... they make me snore.
I think one of the most terrifying stories I have ever read is by Ray Bradbury. It's called "The Small Assassin." Maybe it's a good thing newborns are not mobile!
It's 5:30 AM (Saturday) and I should have been in bed hours ago, but I just can't sleep. I played a few games and finished one of my audio books.
Horoscope for Saturday:
Try not to worry too much today, CATHY. Take care of details and work to get things accomplished. Check things off your list and you will feel much better about yourself and the direction you are headed in. Keep your eyes wide open and try not to have tunnel vision on every issue. Give people the benefit of the doubt instead of giving them the third degree. Concentrate on yourself and what you need to do.
Working on bagging and tagging August 2005. (Saturday 6:18 PM done)

Tom treated and we went to see The Spiderwick Chronicles. Very good movie! And.. And... AND we saw the trailer for the new Indiana Jones movie! Kevin and I were grinning like fools, it looks fantabulous!
Insomnia totally sucks. Supposed to be going to one of Kevin's favorite shops to see if they have anything waiting on him in his subscription box. Should also get the grocery shopping done for the next few days if not the next week. Monday, I'll be in the garage again since Tuesday is a recycling/bulk trash day. Might get out there today as well. We'll see.
In the meantime, I'm surfing eBay to look at all the gee whiz cool stuff that I don't need and/or can't afford.
Lots of folks are doing name memes these days. Something I read regarding one of them reminded me of this poem:
An anonymous poem:
In search from A to Z they passed,
And "Marguerita" chose at last;
But thought it sound far more sweet
To call the baby "Marguerite."
When grandma saw the little pet,
She called her "darling Margaret."
Next uncle Jack and cousin Aggie
Sent cup and spoon to "little Maggie."
And grandpapa the right must beg
To call the lassie "bonnie Meg."
From "Marguerita" down to "Meg,"
And now she's simply "little Peg."
I first read it in a baby book and found it here http://www.straightdope.com/classics/a3 _268.html

I found these things in cross_stitch and wanted to share:
There was once a man and woman who had been married for more than 60 years. They had shared everything. They had talked about everything. They kept no secrets from each other except that the old woman had a shoebox in the top of her closet that she cautioned her husband never to open or ask her about.
For all of these years, he had never thought about the box, but one day the little old woman got very sick and the doctor said she would not recover. In trying to sort out their affairs, the little old man took down the shoebox and took it to his wife's bedside. She agreed that it was time that he should know what was in the box.
When he opened it, he found two beautifully embroidered samplers and a stack of money totaling $45,000. He asked her about the contents. "When we were to be married, " she said, "my grandmother told me the secret of a happy marriage was to never argue. She told me that if I ever got angry with you, I should just keep quiet and embroider a sampler".
The little old man was so moved; he had to fight back tears. Only two precious samplers were in the box. She had only been angry with him two times in all those years of living and loving. He almost burst with happiness. Honey," he said "that explains the samplers,, but what about all of this money? Where did it come from?"
"Oh," she said, "that's the money I made from selling the samplers."
