Honestly, I just don't know. I think the pickings for President are slim. We aren't likely to ever get anyone as honest as Jimmy Carter or as ballsy as Reagan again.
2. When did you last eat?
I had dinner a few hours ago and, now, I want a snack. We had potatoes, peas, and ham with maple syrup gravy.
3. Infantry or Artillary and why?
I suppose artillery. I'm biased, though, my husband was in the Armor Corps.
4. What did you do when you realized you were pregnant the first time?
I remember being terrified first then that whole, OMG, I'm responsible for another person thing set in.
5. What's your favorite book?
In recent years, it's been Fear Nothing by Dean Koontz. The book has a lot of those moments where you wonder, Could that really happen?
6. How would you prepare for a hurricane?
Probably the same as we used to do for possible evac out of Europe. Pack food, water, blankets, extra clothes, and pray the dog and cat don't fight me if I have to get them moved out.
7. Who would you most like to be like?
Wow, there are so many people. Choosing someone from my lifetime, I think Jacqueline Kennedy would be the one. She raised her children after the death of her husband and managed to shield them, for the most part, from the public eye. She was well educated and later had her own career.
