I tried googling mine too but both of them came up with the people that really made the names famous.
I'm snarky so won't keep my answers to myself, but I think most of them are full of shit. It's the same thing "people have been telling me they are unhappy with things" as if that person is the self-appointment champion for all these phantom people.
I also think some of these people create a fake spotlight on themselves. It's like they went from wondering to themselves "will my character show up on Google?" to "surely there's some hits out there" to "I've seen these links!" without actually doing the fact checking themselves. Paranoid much? :)
Also, just because someone gossiped about a character/player doesn't mean *everyone* is doing it. It's like one or two people snarking becomes suddenly the whole forum. Really, people are way too full of themselves. It makes me laugh to read the pompous stuff.
