Now, that I have your attention with that zinger... I am wondering how many of you have read similar misleading headlines recently?
It never ceases to amaze me what misinformation can be passed around. I've been guilty of it a few times myself and have been directed to Snopes.com regarding things like the infamous letter from Cindy Williams complaining that service members make plenty of money. The Ms. Williams in question is not the actress from the popular 1970s sit-com, Laverne and Shirley, but misinformation has caused her to be dragged through the mud over it. The real culprit is a Cindy Williams from MIT.
